The Animal Welfare Initiative is the result of an alliance between agriculture, the meat industry and the food retail sector. The aim of the initiative is to make animal welfare an even stronger basis for action in the future and at the same time to anchor it firmly and on a broad basis in agricultural production, in the meat industry and in food retailing.
Our contribution to this initiative is the provision of products for the improvement of animal welfare in pig farming.

To satisfy the pigs' urge to dig, the Krebeck straw dispenser gradually dispenses the straw through the rotating pendulum turntable. The economical dispensing into the collection tray enables the desired interactive activity, where all the material can be picked up. The dispensing gap can be infinitely adjusted using the height adjustment.

Straw and other roughage can be reached from all sides by several pigs at the same time through the many openings in the straw trough, thus promoting the health of the pigs in line with the Animal Welfare Initiative.

Two rotating stars on the feeding plate allow straw to be dispensed to up to three pigs at the same time. The infinitely variable height adjustment of the dosing gap allows the amount of straw to be dispensed in a controlled manner. This allows the animals to fulfil their urge to forage in line with the animal welfare initiative.

Maintenance-free.
The pig presses the nipple, but the water runs into the bowl. The animal can then drink from this - just like in nature. Existing drinking troughs can be converted. The flat bowls are easy to clean! Drinking bowl also suitable for other makes.
