The ADS 200/8 dosing system is our 8-head model designed for fast and precise filling of trays. With eight parallel dosing arms, eight trays can be filled simultaneously – ideal for an efficient packaging process with higher throughput rates.
The sensor-controlled feed system distributes the berries evenly across the eight dosing arms. A specially shaped shut-off valve ensures a high degree of filling accuracy. The tool-free width adjustment allows flexible adaptation to tray widths ranging from 80 to 170 mm.
The tray conveyor is designed for a wide range of different tray shapes and sizes and ensures reliable feeding and discharge of the trays. The ADS 200/8 can therefore be flexibly integrated into a complete packaging line.
In addition to the 8-head version, we also offer a 2-head and a 4-head version!
